About Selling

-        Because we are unable to do a full testing without enough resources. So, the product we are selling, condition and function will be according to the description.

-        Our customers service will reply your inquiry within 48 hours.

-        We will start to process your order after all payments cleared.

-        Please make payment ASAP after purchased.
Otherwise, we will open unpaid item case and relist the item after 6 days of ordered date.

-        Please do not leave negative or nature feedback without contact seller for solving problems.

About Packing

-        Safety packing with full bubbles inside the box, commercial invoice will also put into the parcel. 

Shipping Policy

-        We will try to coordinate with customer if there has any request on the shipment. But we will not take any responsibility on that if the request make shipment on risking.

-        International shipping with tracking number from Hong Kong to worldwide.

-        Buyer’s has responsibility to complete your local import declaration for customs clearance.

-        Standard shipping time would be 9:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday Hong Kong time.

Buyers can contact us for an upgrade shipping quote.

-        Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price and shipping charges.

-        Buyers are responsible to pay for these charges. No taxes/ customs duties will be refund.

-        For missing shipment, please follow below step:
1: Track the shipment, there will show you where is the item.
2: Contact your local post office. The unsuccessful delivery will return to post office.
3: Contact us to inform that the items have not arrived with your order number and the date that the goods were ordered.

Warranty and Return

-        All products are covered by 14-days warranty against defects. (NOT INCLUDED SOLD AS IS ITEMS)
(Some products need to repair by the agent.)

-        Warranty is not valid if the item has been tampered with or repaired by other than our technician.

-        Warranty is not valid if the buyer installs software the causes a malfunction.

-        Warranty is not valid if the warranty sticker on the item is damaged.

-        Please use the original packaging from us for returning.

-        If an item proves to de defective, please contact us with your order number and description of the problem. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide the support or the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
